Travel Package Terms & Conditions

• Prices are accurate as at 01 March 2009 and are subject to airfare and accommodation availability and increases as they occur.
• Bookings for this adventure close on 3 July 2009. If minimum participant numbers are not met, this event may be transferred to another date up to 2 months prior to the original departure date.
• The deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Your login details will be emailed to you once your payment is confirmed. This gives you access to the Our Spirit Member's Homepage. From here just follow the step by step instructions in preparation for this adventure. Members have access to the online individualized training program as well as other important information about this adventure. 
• Full payment must be received on or before 27 July 2009.

Payment Terms:

• The non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking.
• Final payment is due 27 July 2009
• Payments received after the due date will incurr a penalty fee of $150.

Cancellation:

Cancellation by client is required in writing and:

• if more than 60 days prior to departure, a refund of the tour less 25% will be issued within 14 days.
• if less than 60 days but more than 45 days prior to departure date, a refund of the tour fee less 50% will be issued within 14 days. 
• if 45 days or less prior to departure date, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling of the tour:

• if minimum participation requirements are not met, Our Spirit will offer alternate dates without penalty.
